  1. Must show proof of advanced degree or sponsorship from an accredited academic institution.
  2. Renews annually.
  3. May be revoked for abuse.
  4. Benefits:
    1. Receives newsletter.

    3. Votes on submissions.
    4. Can submit articles and papers for peer review.
    5. Can post public reviews of submissions.
